Filling in and submitting workflows

  • How do I find a workflow for a specific organisation?
  • Can I save my progress partway through a workflow?
  • What happens after I submit a workflow?
  • Where do I find my submitted workflows?
  • Can I edit or resubmit a workflow I have already sent?

Use the search bar on the home page to find workflows by organisation name or category. Your progress is saved automatically as a draft. After submission, you will receive a reference number on screen and in your submission history, accessible from your dashboard.

Your account and profile

  • How do I update my personal details or ID number?
  • Is my ID number stored securely?
  • How do I delete my account?
  • Can I use Depaper without creating an account?

Your profile is editable from the dashboard under Profile. Your ID number is encrypted and used only to pre-fill workflows — it is never shared without your consent. To delete your account, email privacy@Depaper.co.za. You can browse workflows without an account, but you need to sign in to submit.

Payments and costs

  • Is Depaper free to use?
  • Will I ever be charged to submit a workflow?
  • Do organisations charge me through Depaper?

Depaper is always free for individuals. You will never be charged to fill in or submit a workflow. Organisations pay a monthly plan to list their workflows — that cost is not passed on to you.

Organisations apply through the listing application. Once approved, the Depaper team digitises your workflows and publishes them to the marketplace. Submissions are delivered via email or webhook depending on your plan.
